He was predeceased by: his parents, James L. McKendrick, Sr. and Erma L. McKendrick (Beighley); his daughter Skylar; and his siblings, Richard L., David W. McKendrick and Barbara J. McKendrick.
He is survived by: his children, Marissa McKendrick of New Castle, Terry McKendrick, Jr. of New Castle, Drake McKendrick of New Kensington and Champagne McKendrick of New Castle; his grandchild Domonik Kuhn; and his siblings, Teressa Dunmire (Greg) of Iselin, Tim McKendrick (Susie) of Creekside, Robert McKendrick (Wendy) of Iselin, Pam Gresko (Randy Watson) of Iselin and Janice Cymbor (Ron) of Iselin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
