She was predeceased by: her father Robert Wingard; her sister Jeanette West; and her niece Amanda West. She is survived by: her mother Judith Wingard (Kelly) of Boswell; her husband Thomas E. Lentz of Latrobe; her daughter Wendy J. Hause of Latrobe; her brother Robert Wingard of Boswell; her stepchildren, Tracey Lentz, Thomas J. Lentz (Jennifer), Timothy Lentz (Brenna) and Theodore Lentz; and her nephew Hillard "Chip" West. She is also survived by four step-grandchildren.
