She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur L. Everett and Esther M. Everett (Carr); her husband John G. Hook; and her siblings, Arthur C., Jay Leroy, William Gerald Everett, Hilda Jane and Mary Esther Everett.
She is survived by: her children, John A. Hook (Patricia) of Latrobe and Kathleen L. Brinker (Vincent) of Latrobe; her grandchildren, Jason J. Brinker (Hannah) of Unity Township and Katie L. Smeltzer (Andrew) of Unity Township; and her great grandchildren, Abigail Mae Smeltzer, Charlotte Rose Brinker and Steven Vincent Brinker. She is also survived by nephew and nieces.
