Sandra L. Rowan Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra L. Rowan of Latrobe, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 3, 2021 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James S. Hill and Dorothy L. Hill (Starry); her husband Barry L. Rowan; her brothers, Dennis and Ronald Hill; and her niece Clarissa Hill.
She is survived by: her siblings, James F. Hill of Derry, Thomas R. Hill of Latrobe, Gary J. Hill (Lori Marcinik), Cheryl L. Miller (Russell) of Aurora, IL, Rebecca J. Hill of Latrobe and Robin L. Pence (Duane) of Phoenix, AZ; and her sister-in-law Debbie Rutan (Dennis). She is also survived by her step-daughters, step-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
