We are sad to announce that on April 21, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Sandra L Lucas Ruggiero (Latrobe, Pennsylvania), born in Cleveland, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Lucas and Merna Alborts Lucas; her husband Dennis W. Ruggiero; her brothers, Richard Alan Lucas and DonPaul Lucas; and her son-in-law Jeffery Biller.
She is survived by: her daughter Jamie Biller (Craig Heide); her grandsons, Jaden and Jesse; her stepchildren, Tammy Taylor (Bob), David Ruggiero (Peggy) and James Ruggiero (Karen); and also, Mark (Jen), Shawn (Chris), Timothy and Zachary. She is also survived by two daughters, many Grandchildren, great nieces and great nephews.
Memorial Contributions in her memory may be made to Latrobe Chapter of the American cancer Society relay for life, where she also volunteered.
