She is survived by: her children, Dr. John Schmeling (Lynn) of New Albany, OH and Beth Grassman (Jim) of Sunbury, OH; her daughter-in-law Lydia Schmeling (Matthew Schmeling) of Latrobe, PA; her grandchildren, Kailey Aksel (Mark), Paige Kaplansky (Kevin), Anna Frey (Noah), Megan Sheares (Zachary), Kevin Grassman (Jamie), Tyler Grassman (Ashley), Holly Shaw, Mark Schmeling Jr. (Kristen), Nathan DeCanter (Nicole), Chad Schmeling (Amanda) and Travis Schmeling (Leah); and her great grandchildren, Madison Shaw, Mia, Ava, Brogan Schmeling, Makayla, Cameron Kuzmin, Berkley Smith, Nora, Riley, Carter, Lincoln Grassman, Jane Aksel and Harper Kaplansky. She is also survived by two great grandchildren.
