She is survived by: her husband Stephen Hoffman Sr.; her sons, Stephen Hoffman Jr. and Brian Hoffman; her sister Mary Babyak; her stepmother Mary Babyak; and her stepbrother Michael Babyak. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
