He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry D. Finley and Margaret Jean Finley (Stiffler); and his daughter Susan Harris. He is survived by: his daughter Vicki J. Spillar (Michael) of Latrobe; his brother Harry R. Finley (Carol) of Alexandria, VA; his granddaughters, Danyelle Kintz (Jeffrey) and Kimberly Spillar (Alex Watson); and his great grandchild Desirey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
