He was predeceased by: his parents, George Mills and Amalia Mills (Youngblood); and his siblings, George Henry Mills, Jack Mills, Doris Patten, Edward Mills, Joyce Voll, Gail Rohrbacher and Donald Mills.

He is survived by: his wife Janet L. Mills (Rohrbacher); his children, Kimberly Mills DelSordo (Daniel) of Coopersburg, PA and Scott Mills (Janet) of Coraopolis, PA; and his grandchildren, Matthew, Hannah DelSordo, Corisa and Morgan Mills. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
