He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl D. Beltz and Miriam E. Beltz (Parmer); and his sister Dolores Angus. He is survived by: his wife Rhona Jean Beltz of Latrobe; his children, Glenn Edward Beltz (Danielle Jean Swiontek) of Goleta, CA, David Judson Beltz of Pittsburgh, PA and Allison Jean Butcher (Gary Butcher) of Redmond, WA; and his grandchildren, Kenneth Judson Butcher, Kai Nielsen Beltz, Ella "Zacque" Katherine Beltz and Finley Michael Beltz.
