Adamczyk of Greensburg; his wife Karen Sue Adamczyk (Buchinsky) of Latrobe; his stepson Matthew Buchinsky of Latrobe; his sisters, Stacie Carter (William) of Gibsonton, FL and Theresa Adamczyk of Greensburg; his grandmother Evelyn Banner of Tarentum; his nephew David Thomas; and his nieces, Samantha Carter and Stephanie Carter.
