He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Harr Myers (Lenhart) and Russell F. Harr, Sr.; his son Joseph Russell Harr; and his brothers, Clifford and Vernon Harr, Sr..
He is survived by: his wife Denise Harr (Fuggenthaler) of Latrobe; his daughter Marie Harr of Greensburg; his grandchildren, Makayla, Ariana and Amara; and his brothers, George Harr (Sherri) of Louisville, KY, Russell Harr (Della) of Latrobe and Clark Harr (Patricia) of Latrobe. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
