He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Barker and Margaret "Peg" (Duffy); his sister Anne Jane "Levitte" Haas (Charles Haas); and his siblings-in-law, Mary Lee Barker and Buddy Ference.
He is survived by: his children, Joy and Boog; his wife Janet Barker (Rusbosin); his children, Derrick Barker, JoyAnne Drumm (Joe) and Richard Barker, Jr. (Jodi); his grandchildren, Tony, Brittany Davis, Joy Drumm Moore (Tyler), Samarra and Alyssa Morris; his great grandchild Whalen; his siblings, Mary Ellen Ference, Charles Barker and Nancy Gribble; and also Joyce Blotzer.
