Regina L. Haas Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Regina L. Haas of Latrobe, Pennsylvania, born in Hostetter, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 19, 2021 at the age of 86. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Regina L. Haas to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kornides and Mary Kornides (Sedlacko); and her siblings, Mary, Helen Kornides, Rita Martin, Alma Demyan, John and Bernard Kornides.
She is survived by: her husband Donald J. Haas; her children, Lugene Schimizzi (Rich) of Greensburg, Celine Brudnok (Tom) of Latrobe and Moe Haas (Marcy) of Latrobe; her grandchildren, Matt (Lindsey), Dan, Nick (Shannon), Emily and Shane (Rachael); and her great grandchild Lyle. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
