He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul W. Tapper, Sr. and Patricia A. Geiger (Cox); and his grandparents, Edward, Ethel Cox, Herman and Ellen Tapper.
He is survived by: his sons, Corey R. Tapper and Jordan A. Tapper of Youngstown; his grandson Aiden; and the mother of his children Kristina Morrison of Youngstown.
