He was predeceased by: his mother-in-law Rebecca Osmolinski. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Takitch (Osmolinski); his children, Lindsay Firestone (Kurt), Brandon Takitch and Sarah Takitch; his parents, Joan Takitch and Charles Takitch (Rosalyn); his siblings, David (Molly), Gary (Kathy) and Beth Miller (Rocky); his father-in-law Ronald Osmolinski; his close friend Tim Green (Romi); and his daughter Melissa. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
