Niora Osborne Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Niora Osborne of Latrobe, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 29, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin W. Piper Sr. and Velma Piper (Kerr); her former husband Homer C. Moyer; her husband Walter T. Osborne; her daughter Margaret E. "Peggy" Rhodes; her siblings, Velma "Maisie" Richards (Thomas), Sarah Mildred Clites (James), Alvin W. Piper Jr. (Mary), Iona Zink and Raymond A. Piper; and her stepson Jack Osborne.
She is survived by: her daughter Leah Comp (Dennis F.); her grandsons, Bradley A. Rhodes and John Osborne; her daughter-in-law Peggy Osborne; her sisters, Dorcas Artim (Paul) and Darlene P. Snyder (Jack); and her siblings-in-law, Marjorie Piper and Norman Zink. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
