It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy S. Burkhard of Latrobe, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 4, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Steele and Naomi Steele (Bushfield); her husband Robert S. Burkhard; her children-in-law, Darla J. Grim Ruffner and Gregory R. Miller; her sister Joanne Nicely; and her brothers-in-law, Richard Nicely and William McGinnis.
She is survived by: her sister Martha McGinnis of Ligonier; her children, Timothy A. Ruffner of Mt. Pleasant and Jane Ruffner Miller of Latrobe; her grandchildren, Vincent and Donna Ruffner; and her great grandchildren, Daniel, Nicholas Thompkins and Lilly Durstine (Wilbert Ruffner).
