She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis L. Kufner and Lillian Kufner; her husband William Douglas, Jr.; her sister Patricia R. Hite; her nephews, Gary Hite, Jeffrey Hite and Meredith Hollenbaugh; and her niece Pamela Syster.
She is survived by: her nieces, Cheryl Hite, Susan Hite and Vera Hite; and her nephew Jeffrey S. Syster Sr.. She is also survived by great nieces and nephews, as well as some great-great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name at the Adams Memorial Library in Latrobe.
