She is survived by: her children, Stacey D. Karaschak (Michael) of Blairsville, Scott D. Cholock (Diana) of Irwin and Bruce A. Cholock of Latrobe; her siblings, Paul Yasurek (Linda) of Blairsville, Bonnie Dornauer (James) of Ligonier and Lisa Yasurek of Latrobe; her grandchildren, Zachary Karaschak, Ryan Karaschak, Jordan Cholock, Maggie Long, Shyanna Cholock and Jolena Hamrock; her great grandchild Tucker James Leasure; and her close friend Mary Huffman. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
