He is survived by: his son Terry L. Flack (Deborah); his grandchildren, Katie Reali (Sean), Kelly Flack Peipock (Stephen), Timothy Flack (Jennifer) and Ashley Knapp (Scott); his great grandchildren, Paige, Victoria, Catlyn, Carson, Alex Reali, Peyton, Avery, Brooks Peipock, Cayden, Hadley Flack, Audra Lee, Lucy and Charlie Knapp; and his friend Joe Mozina.
