With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michaelene T. Smolleck of Latrobe, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 22, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael J. Ridilla and Helen A. Ridilla (Wasileski); and her pet Blaze. She is survived by: her husband Mark E. Smolleck of Latrobe; her children, Dr. Kelly L. Hale (Jeffrey) of Ashburn, VA, Scott M. Smolleck of Lewisburg, PA and Kristi L. Miller (Barry) of Canonsburg; her grandchildren, Ryan, Taylor, Connor Hale, Dominic and Gabriella Smolleck; and her siblings, Lawrence M. Ridilla of Ligonier, Karen Gross (Tom) of Ligonier and Janet Ridilla of Buford, GA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
