He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Wengryn and Anna Wengryn (Gaidos); and his siblings, Mittro, John, Harry Wengryn, Mary Corba, Anna 'Honey' Usechek, Margaret 'Tessie' Zaletski, Anastasia 'Nellie' Zinski and Helen Cubic.
He is survived by: his wife Anne Wengryn (Kohut) of Latrobe; his children, Michael Wengryn (Treccie) of Lafayette, CO, Karen Ruffner (Ron) of Wake Forest, NC and Michele Wengryn (Tim Burkhart) of Greensburg, PA; and his grandchildren, Nicolas Burkhart, Derek, Alyssa and Matthew Wengryn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made in Michael's name to the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Ukrainian Catholic Church, 4827 Route 982, Latrobe, PA 15650.
