She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard W. Hoffman and Cecelia C. Hoffman (Mattock); her husband Francis X. Palek; her brothers, Bernard F., Richard W. and Charles T. "Bud" Hoffman Sr.; and her brother-in-law John Elder.
She is survived by: her sons, Francis X. Palek IV (Dana) of Tampa, FL and Richard S. Palek (Janet) of Peters Township, PA; her sister Catherine "Kitty" Elder of Latrobe; her sister-in-law Patricia Hoffman of Latrobe; and her grandchildren, Kennedy Ann Palek, Madison Grace Palek and Benjamin Rose.
