She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Hantz and Sarah A. Hantz (Darnley); her husband John A. Marcinik Jr.; and her brothers, George, Donald and William Hantz.
She is survived by: her son John "Jack" Marcinik III (Ana) of Carolina; her granddaughters, Kristina (Oscar) and Katerina; and her great grandchild Marc. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
