She was predeceased by: her father William Cackowski; her grandparents, Vincent, Helen Cackowski (Krinock), Henry and Anna Blassmeyer (Korich); and her uncle David Blassmeyer.

She is survived by: her mother Patricia Cackowski (Blassmeyer) of Latrobe; her sisters, Colleen Cackowski (Ralph "Tugger" Shetler) of Derry and Jenna Mowry (Jason) of Loyalhanna; and her aunts and uncles, Vince "Tobe" Cackowski (Maureen), James Cackowski (Brenda), Alexis Cackowski, Mary Snyder (Mark) and Peggy Barnhouse.
