She is survived by: her parents, Stephen W. Kozar Jr. and Gwen Miller Kozar of Blairsville; her siblings, Amber Gray (Scott) of Latrobe and Stephen W. Kozar V (Kristin) of Derry; her grandparents, Orin "Bud", Evelyn Miller of Latrobe and Stephen W. Kozar Sr. of Derry; her nieces and nephews, Aidan, Addison Gray, Stevie, Abby and Jake Kozar; and her close friend Donald Hantz. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
