She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael F. Unferdorfer Jr. and Helen L. Unferdorfer (Vitale); her daughter Leann Polinsky; and her sisters, Regina Trice and Sarah "Sally" Civitarese.

She is survived by: her husband Leland G. Polinsky of Latrobe; her children, Staci P. Miller (Rodney) of Connellsville and Brent L. Polinsky (Amanda) of Greensburg; her siblings, Michael Unferdorfer (Penny) of Greensburg, Robert Unferdorfer of Latrobe, Charles Unferdorfer (Debbie) of Latrobe and Cathy Condor (Stanley) of Saltsburg; and her grandsons, Brock and Spencer.
