He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathryn S. Baker (Tuskas) and Leroy Baker; his wife Peggy Baker (Horner); and his sister Barbara Kintz. He is survived by: his daughters, Leilani S. Cowan (James) of Blairsville and Margaret B. Kozar (Michael) of Laughlintown. He is also survived by six grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
