It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence E. Burd Jr. (Latrobe, Pennsylvania), who passed away on May 13, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence E. Burd, Sr. and Grace Burd (Karasack). He is survived by: his wife Janet A. Burd (Sprock) of Latrobe; his son Col. Todd Burd; his grandchildren, Emily, Keegan, Kenzie and Kelly Burd; and his brothers, Francis C. Burd (Lorraine) of Derry and Mark Burd (Margaret) of Derry. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
