He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald R. Lewis and Donna M. Lewis (McMahen); and his parents-in-law, Thomas "Hap" and Yvonne Piper. He is survived by: his wife Shari Lewis (Piper); his sons, Eric Lewis, Kevin Lewis (Jenna) and Rob Lewis (Mallory); his sister Bonnie McCarthy (Frank); and his brothers-in-law, Mark Piper (Cheryl) and Craig Piper (Cheri). He is also survived by grandchildren, and extended family and friends.
