It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce E. Newmyer (Latrobe, Pennsylvania), who passed away on May 21, 2019, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene C. Payne and Betty J. Payne (Luther); and her sister Bonnie Lazor. She is survived by: her husband James Newmyer, III of Latrobe; her son James Newmyer, IV (Kelly) of Ligonier; and her siblings, Charles P. Payne (Sandy) of Hot Springs, AR, Eugene C. Payne, Jr. of Latrobe and Jacquelyn Gregorich (Dennis) of Latrobe. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
