He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Musiak and Sophie Musiak (Zuzack); his son-in-law Larry Stitt; and his siblings, Daniel, Andrew Musiak, Mary Ann Laskosky, Catherine Zelachowski and Genieve Rogachesky.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy A. Musiak (Castine); and his children, Sheila A. Rawlings (William) of Camp Hill, Pamela A. Stitt of Latrobe and Keith J. Musiak (Terry) of Latrobe. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
