He was predeceased by: his mother Helen M. Campbell (Stump); and his grandparents, Harold, Jackie Campbell, Kenneth Stump and Helen Kintz.
He is survived by: his father Scott A. Campbell of Latrobe; his brother Andrew S. Campbell; and his aunts and uncles, James Campbell (Ann), Robert Campbell (Diane), Marcia Roberts (James), Marjorie Peters, Rebecca Greenlee and Toni Thrush (Ray).
