He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Pilewski (Sexton); his children, Christopher A. Pilewski (Bonnie) of Aurora, IL, Heidi B. Pilewski of Turtle Creek and Jennifer L. Humensky (Brian) of New York City; his grandchildren, April Geiselman, Erin Humensky and Rachel Humensky; and his brothers, Dr. Norbert A. Pilewski (Charlotte) of Pittsburgh, Walter J. Pilewski of Titusville and Jerome Pilewski (Joyce) of Pinehurst, NC..
