He is survived by: his wife Linda; his mother Lois; his siblings, Donna Banks (Glenn Yeager) and David Cale (Leeann); his nephew Billy Cale (Ali); his son Callen; his niece Tabitha Cale Elkington (Brian); his daughter Ayla; his sister-in-law Judy Mori (Dan); his niece Crystal Mori Shank (Kris); his great-niece Ava; his great-nephew Mason; his nephew Anthony Mori; his brother-in-law Albert Romesburg (Donna); his niece Tara Romesburg Wilt; and also Chuck Romesburg. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
