She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Dutko and Ann Dutko (Zelobecky); her brother Michael Dutko; and her son-in-law Timothy Maslyn. She is survived by: her husband Rudolph R. "Rudy" Puchan Sr. of Latrobe; her children, Janine M. Maslyn of Bellemead, NJ, Rudolph R. Puchan Jr. of Latrobe and Michael S. Puchan of Clayton, NC; her granddaughters, Christina George (Eric), Melissa Diomede (Evan) and Sara Maslyn; her great grandchildren, Alessia Diomede and Barrett George; her brother-in-law James Puchan of Warrenton, VA; and her nephew Jon Dutko.
