Kozinko, III (Trista) of Latrobe; his siblings, Rick Kozinko of Luxor, Vicki Bush (John) of Manor, Leni Kozinko of Jeannette, Rose Marie Kozinko of Pleasant Unity and Ronda Youngblood (Scott) of Jeannette; and his grandchildren, Kameron, Byron and Xander. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews; and his dog.
