He is survived by: his children, David Wayne Neil (Kathryn) of Essex Junction, VT and Donna N. Castellani (Patsy Botti); his brother Col. Nelson L. Neil (A. F.); his grandchildren, Kasey Lynn Petri (Daniel) and Anna K. Gardner (Dan); and his great grandchildren, Leo and Dominic. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
