She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Lenhart and Margaret Lenhart (Hauger); her husband John M. Brehun; and her siblings, Raymond Lenhart, Clyde Lenhart and Dorothy Kiser.

She is survived by: her children, Nancy Lock (Richard) of Hilliard, OH and Bill J. Brehun (Mary) of Stahlstown; her grandchildren, Greg, Courtney, Angela, Stacey and Bill; and her sister Ruth Struble. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
