He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Miller and Irene Miller (Lynch); and his siblings, Eugene Miller and Connie Kowalsky. He is survived by: his wife Donna M. Miller (Zentner) of Latrobe; his children, Ryan L. Miller (Allyson) of Johnsonburg, PA and Regan Q. Smail (Sam) of Latrobe; his grandchildren, J. R. Smail, Matthew Smail and Sydney Miller; and his siblings-in-law, Richard Zentner, Kathy Nowe, Judy, Steve Holko, Marian, Jim Petrillo, Kenny and Val Zentner. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
