Gerald E. Way Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gerald E. Way of Latrobe, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 14, 2025 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald E. Way and Martha Way (Boyles); his mother-in-law Rita Mae Chalan; his brother-in-law Frank Theodore Chalan Jr.; and his nephew Michael A. Chalan, III.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen M. Way (Chalan); his father-in-law Frank Chalan (Jean); and his siblings-in-law, Michael, Veronica Chalan, Christopher Chalan, Karen and Floyd Shields. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus, 524 Mifflin Street, Huntington, PA 16652.
