He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred W. Piper and Patricia Piper (Bridge); his sister Theresa Hoopes; and his brother-in-law Dave Gillis. He is survived by: his pets, Biggie, Beno and Bentley; his wife Kris A. Piper (Byerly); his children, Bree Piper (Randi Nicholson) and Zach Piper; his siblings, Evelyn Gillis, Kathy Harr (Jeff), Wayne Piper (Kim), Joe Piper (Wendy), Patti Yanc (John) and Cindy Repko (Tony); his parents-in-law, Jack and Carol Byerly; and his brothers-in-law, Bernie Hoopes and Scott Byerly (Lisa). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and countless friends.
