He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Zook and Ruth Zook (Nicholson); his wife Dolores A. Zook (Domasky); and his siblings, Marjorie Reed, Aileen Hansen, Allen Zook, Lucille Demmitt, William Zook and Jean Burlingame.
He is survived by: his children, Elaine Myers (James) of Latrobe, Sharon Ansel of Latrobe, Edward Zook (Peggy) of Cumberland, MD and Susan Renz of Latrobe. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren, five great great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
