He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Palek, Jr. and Grace A. Palek (Rubino). He is survived by: his wife Mary Margaret Palek (Hoffman) of Latrobe; his sons, Francis X. Palek IV (Dana) of Tampa, FL and Richard S. Palek (Janet) of Peters Township; and his grandchildren, Kennedy Ann Palek, Madison Grace Palek and Benjamin Rose.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Rose Church or F.O. Eagles Aerie No. 3566.
