He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Cline and Mary S. Cline; his siblings, Margaret Rose, Robert Cline, Richard Cline, James Cline, Edward Cline, Helen Riehle, Paul Cline and Joan Vester; his daughter Anita Lynn; his grandson Christopher; and his great grandchild Quinn.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Rayner of Dewey; his brother Donald Cline (Beverly) of York, PA; and his children, Patti St. Clair of Wilbraham, MA, Barbara Waxenfelter (Tim) of Crescent, PA, Mark Cline (Kathie) of West Chester, PA and Jeffrey Cline (Toni) of Wilmington, NC.
