She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles W. Burtyk and Anna Burtyk (Elias); her husband George W. Bush; her siblings, Elizabeth Roman, Col. Charles W. Burtyk, Jr., Marie Antoline, Pearl Melissa, Samuel Burtyk and Andrew Burtyk; and her sister-in-law Dolores Burtyk.
She is survived by: her daughter Lynn Ann Gill (Hal) of Washington, D. C.; and her sister-in-law Gertrude Burtyk. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family suggests memorial contributions in Evelyn's name to Barnes Place, 2021 James St., Latrobe, PA 15650 or to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK 73123-1718.
