He is survived by: his parents, Eugene W. Uncapher Sr. and Valera "Tootie" Uncapher (Shawley) of Latrobe; his daughters, Kaitlyn H. Sulkowski (Michael) of Everson and Alyssa M. Guter (Chris Haupt) of Saltsburg; and his brother Larry D. Uncapher (James) of Seven Springs.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Alcoholics Anonymous or to a suicide prevention organization of your choice.
