"Sam" Smith of Latrobe; her sons, David P. Smith (Melissa) of Latrobe and Todd V. Smith (Jackie) of Georgia; her siblings, Stephen J. Lazur (Carol) of Mechanicsburg and Millie Dunlap (Denis) of Irwin; her grandchildren, Nick Smith (Crystal), Michaela McKendrick (Dylan), Samantha Smith, Alexis Nasser (Josh) and Nathan Smith; and her great grandchildren, Lucas, McKinley, Delilah, Phoenix, Dylan Jr., Chelsie and Travis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
