She was predeceased by: her parents, John Collins and Anna Wojeck Collins; her husband James J. Hajas; and her siblings, William, Stephen, Theodore, John S. Collins, Michael Reidosh, Mary Kinoch, Katie Katula and Anna Lewis.
She is survived by: her children, James L. Hajas (Louise) of Bear Rocks, PA, Dale W. Hajas (Mary Jo) of Latrobe and Flori Hajas of Latrobe; and her grandchildren, Jared, Jesse and Jami. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
